Britney Spears will cash out big due to this publicity

So how in the world did the beloved Britney Spears end up with Kevin Federline? 

For starters, Britney Spears sued a magazine back in December for its headline that read, "Brit & Kev: Secret Sex Tape?"   This magazine, US Weekly, asserted that Britney and Kevin made a sex video which would be distributed.  Britney vehemently denied any existence of the tape, yet the magazine claimed to have a credible source.  Britney lost the case.

Then, in June of this year, Dateline interviewed her when she was pregnant after posing nude on the cover of Harper's Bazaar. 

In August of this year, Internet followers were teased with a 3 minute video.  Britney was filmed by Federline.  She is mainly seen burping throughout the clip.  Spears then begins to claim that she is "missing out on life" and that she is generally behind everyone else.

Finally, in September 2006, Britney posed once again for another magazine, namely "Q'S" 20th Birthday edition.  The cover showed the then-pregnant superstar sporting long blonde hair, a red and white polka-dot bikini and licking a red lollipop.  She also mentioned that she would be returning to the spotlight next year, stating 'It's been two years since I've performed, but next year I'm going to try and get it on again. So we'll see...'

Today, I have read reports where Federline was offered 65 million dollars for the homemade sex tapes and I consider his asking Britney to match the offer as "extortion."  Although my opinion of Federline can't get much worse, I am not fond of Britney's lying to the public about the existence of such tapes only months ago.

Ironically,  I believe Kevin Federline is only helping advance Britney Spears' career by giving this artist the attention she craves.  Can anyone imagine how many of these tapes will sell as stocking stuffers for Christmas?  This will only make the average American so much more interested in seeing this newly crowned sex icon sell concert tickets next year when she performs some errotic acts while singing.
