Very attractive NFL betting card this week–I’ve got six plays with four sides and two totals.

BUFFALO BILLS AT MIAMI DOLPHINS NOVEMBER 20, 2011 10:00 AM PACIFIC

I won’t go so far as to call the Miami Dolphins a good team, but they’re definitely not as bad as their record suggests. They were ahead in the fourth quarter in three of their losses and have won their last two games both SU and ATS. What’s clear is that they’re not content with trying to ‘suck for Luck’ even though they were in a perfect position to do so. Doubtful that anything the Dolphins can do will save head coach Tony Sparano’s job. Ryan Fitzpatrick hasn’t looked very good in his recent outings and although running back Fred Jackson continues to shine both will be hampered by the absence of starting center Eric Wood. Value on the Dolphins with the public overreacting to their dismal run at home over the past few years.

Bet Miami Dolphins -2 over Buffalo Bills

CINCINNATI BENGALS AT BALTIMORE RAVENS NOVEMBER 20, 2011 10:00 AM PACIFIC

The Bengals and Ravens play a very similar style of football—both teams rely on a strong defensive front and productive running game. You can make a compelling case that the Bengals are doing it better at this point. Both teams have top 5 defenses but Cincy is averaging more yards per game on the ground and have done an excellent job of taking care of the football with only one fumble. Joe Flacco will never be an elite level NFL quarterback while Cincy’s Andy Dalton could give Cam Newton a run for the rookie of the year honors. Bengals have covered 10 of their last 12 games and are a better team than this line suggests.

Bet Cincinnati Bengals +7 over Baltimore Ravens

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS AT CLEVELAND BROWNS NOVEMBER 20, 2011 10:00 AM PACIFIC

Horrible matchup between two offensively inept teams. Browns are #29 in scoring offense averaging 14.6 PPG, Jags are #31 averaging 12.8 PPG and just .2 point out of the basement. Jags Under in 8 of 9 games this year, Browns Under in 6 of 9. Each team has scored more than 20 points in a game just once this season. Total can’t be set low enough not to go Under.

CAROLINA PANTHERS AT DETROIT LIONS NOVEMBER 20, 2011 10:00 AM PACIFIC

Pretty simple premise—Panthers are a better team than this price suggests. Lions may also be somewhat overvalued. The ‘back door’ is always open when Cam Newton plays and he should have a big day indoors on turf.

Bet Carolina Panthers +7 over Detroit Lions

DALLAS COWBOYS AT WASHINGTON REDSKINS NOVEMBER 20 2011 10:00 AM PACIFIC

Cowboys getting too much respect and Redskins not enough in a heated rivalry matchup. 4 of the last 5 head to head have been decided by 7 points or less.

ARIZONA CARDINALS AT SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS NOVEMBER 20 2011 1:05 PM PACIFIC

Some temptation to take the Cardinals plus the points—not out of a lack of respect for the Niners but due to the style they play. San Francisco leads the league in scoring defense and likes to eat up the clock with their Frank Gore led running game. Arizona not a particularly good team in any circumstance and its doubtful they’ll have much success against the San Fran stop unit.
