Steelers Visit Chiefs in Sunday AFC Playoff Action- The Kansas City Chiefs will host the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday with revenge in mind. Back in week four, the Steelers put a 43-14 thumping on the Chiefs in Pittsburgh that dropped the Chiefs to 2-2 to start the season.
In retrospect, that blowout loss may have been motivation for the Chiefs, as they went 10-2 the rest of the way, catching the front running Oakland Raiders at the end of the season to win their division and earn the privilege of hosting this game.
Pittsburgh hit a rough spot in the middle of the season where they dropped four game sin a row but they righted the ship and won their last seven games. Pittsburgh played last week and took out an equally hot Miami Dolphins team, taking them out 30-12 to give them eight wins in a row. Of slight concern to the Steelers is the health of QB Ben Rothlisberger, who missed a few games during the season and who also came out of the Miami game limping. Big Ben says he is fine however, and he will have to be for Pittsburgh to win. Before they get too fixated on Big Ben, the Chiefs will need to stop RB Leveon Bell, who ate them up the first time around churning out 144 yards on the ground on only 18 carries.
This game is so close many of the books are not even carrying a money line for the game.
