Soriano makes 11 million to come in the 7th inning and get 3 outs- Unreal.

Blown save and win for Aceves. All the guy does is pick up wins. Now 22-2 in his career. Best winning percentage of all time for a pitcher with a minimum of 20 decisions.

The perks of pitching your entire career in either a NYY or Boston uniform.

Aceves has made a living of coming into games that his team is already losing. Playing for the Yanks & Sox gives him a great chance to get come-from-behind W's. Tonight he came in at a crucial time and showed why he can't be trusted in close games.

Gives us another chance to cash a Wakefield over. Francona is leaving Wake in there through trouble in an effort to get him his 200th. After pitch #80 Wake is D-O-N-E. Wake usually gets the hook at the first sign of trouble after the 5th, but Francona has left him in there into the 7th each of the last two outings.

Absolutely true. The only problem is that the next time Wake pitches, the Sox are going to play like its a playoff game.
