More than a little , less than a lot, but Halifax is right, unless you are playing on credit or have local outs to make it worth your while you need more than probably 50K in total assets. But it isn't uncommon to have 70K in action on some days when the morning and afternoon games overlap. And that might only be 5-6 games, if you get leads on 8-10...well do the math.
But one of the major reasons I like having Vegas as an option. Have to trust other people to put plays in for you, but generally speaking I know the guys I use pretty well, and they will even call me if they see something first. I would rather trust them than any foriegn book. At least if they steal from me I know who is getting it. But the guys I trust don't really need my money, so it all works out.
